Become a part of a team of competent and caring professionals as an Assistant Program Director in our Adult Community Clinical Services at Behavioral Health Network! As a leader in the program, the Assistant Program Director ensures that BHN provides high-quality, community-based care to all individuals served in the program. The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for the overall clinical and administrative supervision of ACCS team staff and functions, including hiring employees, supervision, training, and giving orientation to the staff. They develop and oversee the program quality and development by implementing policies and procedures. Assisting in the development and ongoing review of treatment plans for persons served will be among the Program Director’s responsibilities. Finally, the Assistant Program Director will be a liaison between all the mental health and non-mental health agencies and programs.

Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

Requirements:
An Assistant Program Director at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
•Knowledge of mental illness, the interface between mental health and medical conditions and systems, substance abuse and care management.
•Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
•Master's Degree or higher in a mental health related field (required).
•A minimum of two years experience working with the above populations.
•Prior supervisory experience.
•An independent license at the practice level (LICSW, LMHC, PhD).
