Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading/modeling activities of daily living and supporting the treatment philosophy of the program. Experience working with at-risk youth. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license with approved driving record, CORI, and DCF background checks. Knowledge of trauma informed care helpful. Must be available to work one of the following weekly schedules: • Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm • Friday - Monday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm • Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 11:00 am • Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm NCYF provides paid trainings and excellent benefits!
