Position responsibilities include completing routine health assessments, providing individual health education to clients, administering medications to clients, and communicating with staff, parent/guardians, and providers regarding health concerns of clients. Other duties include providing agency and residential services trainings and completing necessary documentation for client records. Qualifications include the following: • Minimum 2 years of residential or psychiatric experience • Registered Nurse Licensure required in Massachusetts • Successful completion and certification as a MAP RN and MAP Nurse Monitor • Approved CORI, DCF, and driving checks required *Sign-on bonus for Residential RN - Bonus of $3,000.00! $1,500.00 paid on the 1st paydate following hire date and $1,500.00 after successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
