Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Office Assistant in the Crisis program and the CBAT Program at Behavioral Health Network! Office Assistants pleasantly and effectively interact with individuals, staff, and the general public relating to BHN and provides support for all clerical duties in the Crisis office in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner. Additionally, they will use the electronic health record system, Carelogic, to help manage a large part of the BHN Billing system and provide back up to the Intake Coordinator when needed.

At Behavioral Health Network’s Village for Youth CBAT Program, we believe in utilizing leadership, problem solving, and communication skills to create a safe and nurturing environment which will offer the opportunity to guide, teach, serve, and empower youth. Through the use of trauma informed, strength based models, academic instruction, and clinical support, we focus on providing youth with mental health issues the assistance they need to integrate and succeed within our community.

BHN’s Crisis Program provides 24/7 front line response to individuals of all ages who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, regardless of insurance. BHN provides services on a mobile basis, including home and community-based settings or in an emergency department when needed.

Requirements:
Office Assistants at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with third party pay or requirements.
• Must have familiarity with Internet and email systems.
• Knowledge in word processing and excel. (Required)
• Preferably a minimum 6 months related office experience.
• Valid MA driver’s license and a reliable car available for working hours. (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
