Homeless Youth Services Manager

Seeking a highly organized and dynamic Manager to oversee all aspects of the Homeless Youth Services contract through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. The contract operates in Franklin, Hampshire and Berkshire counties in collaboration with two partners: Dial/Self Youth and Community Services, and Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of the contract: provide leadership and coordination of partner agencies in providing core services to unaccompanied homeless youth; analysis of the adult shelter system in 4 key communities to identify a plan to create separate, safe spaces for youth as part of a winter response; implementation of a coordinated entry system for youth; and the creation of a needs assessment.

Additional duties include: update and train partner agency staff on protocols; implement data collection tracking and reporting tools; distribute flexible funds; and develop process for case conferencing around youth who use multiple “front doors” for services. The Manager will also be responsible for program evaluation, communications, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ degree in related field; minimum three years’ experience in grant compliance and management; fiscal and program management related to human services; data collection and reporting, and administration or management experience with large collaborative projects.

Salary range $48,750 - $51,714, excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment..
