The Inside Sales Rep will interface directly with customers with a particular focus generating sales leads with teams, non-profits, and schools. Established connections within the athletics community or sporting goods industry is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Aggressively expand Vomax custom sales leads with a focus on meet-ups, college and school clubs, school teams, non-profits, and retailers -Develop accurate product forecasts based on internal sales and market sales trends -Work closely with Customer Service Managers to ensure seamless world class customer service to existing and new client base -Communicate effectively with other internal departments on artwork, production needs, delivery dates, credit issues, re-orders, special requests, advertising funds, promotions, etc. Requirements: -Minimum 4 year college degree -Actively participates in at least one of the sports that VOmax caters to -Must be willing to commute or relocate to Northampton, MA -Some travel required
