Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority have an opportunity for a Property Management Assistant. This is a part-time position to assist the department director and staff.
The Assistant will provide coordination of accounting processes and function for programs of HRA and its affiliates, including but not limited to maintaining state-aided public housing and private housing waitlists, preparing reports, direct support for property manager including, preparing lists of upcoming tenant re-certifications, sending packets and assisting in rent collections.
General qualifications: Excellent organizational skills, Ability to examine and verify financial documents and reports along with general knowledge of accepted accounting principles and practices. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to compose basic correspondence with minimal guidance. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite of programs, with particular attention to word and excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs with ease.
