Description:
The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking a Site Coordinator to coordinate our after school program at the Stanley M. Koziol (SMK) Elementary School in Ware, MA. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who will work closely with the CES staff and SMK school administration for the management of the after school program. We strive to support high academic achievement through a diverse array of programming, and this individual will be responsible for: working closely with school day staff to recruit and serve students that need after school programming, fostering a positive and proactive relationship with school faculty and administration, hiring and training staff, ensuring fiscal and programmatic records are maintained, and scheduling school year and any potential summer out of school time programming. We are a supportive team who offer our staff growth through continued professional development. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in managing programs for youth, experience in education, and who have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education. This position is year-round, 28 - 32 hours/week, September 2018 - August 2021. Review of resumes will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
