This position is responsible to ensure safe, clean, and compliant Community Action facilities throughout Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties. Duties include coordinating projects, oversight of renovation projects, capital projects bidding, completing maintenance tasks, monitoring preventive maintenance, and supervising Facilities Associates, vendors, and contractors. This position assists with ongoing assessment, monitoring, reporting and planning, ensuring healthy and safe physical environments for very young children and their families, participants/clients, and staff in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and guidelines.
