Description:
A shared full time 37.5-hour customer assistance position between the Town’s Leisure Services (Recreation) and the Treasurer Collector’s offices. Bilingual capabilities are preferred and are a high priority. The position performs a complex procedural accounting and clerical duties for multiple town offices. Duties require knowledge of office collection and accounting processes and ability to understand policies and procedures for the various offices. May provide relief administrative assistance to other departments. Works under the general supervision and scheduling of the Collector and LSSE Program Director, and may include full or partial days at each location. Transportation between offices is the responsibility of the employee. FY 19 biweekly salary of $1,408.88 - $2,208.92.
