Description:
Position: Community Support Coordinator Full-Time Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) Required
Location: Holyoke, MA with regular travel to Western Mass and Berkshire regions regions required
Rate of Pay: $16.25 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, occasional nights and weekends (schedule based on programmatic need)

Full-Time Community Support Coordinator Summary: The Community Support Coordinator provides outreach services to individuals with disabilities. Assists individuals in daily living skills to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment.

Full-Time Community Support Coordinator Qualifications: High School/GED plus 3 years related experience OR Associate’s degree plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations. Mental health experience a plus.
Requirements:
Full-Time Community Support Coordinator Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations. Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have a working knowledge of deaf culture.
