Flex Relief Staff are guaranteed 40 hours a week. This position requires flexibility to work any of these shifts: 3pm to 11pm and/or 11pm to 9am, including weekend availability for both 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 9am. These shifts are to be worked at ANY of the 24 hour homes we support. Requirements: Professional or personal experiences within human services preferred. A valid Massachusetts driver’s license and a history of two years positive driving record is required. A basic competency in computer skills which include navigating windows based programs and the internet. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Flex Relief staff are required to be trained and certified in First Aid & CPR and MAP. HOURS: Full time, evenings and overnights including weekends. LIFTING REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely lift 25 pounds is required. COMPENSATION: Due to the additional competency needs and MAP requirement this position pays $15.00 per hour.
