HCHC currently employs six physicians and five nurse practitioners, and operates two rural primary care clinics and a school-based health center in Western Massachusetts. We are opening a third primary care clinic in urban Amherst in early, 2018. Behavioral health and dental services are offered at all sites; optometry care is also available in one location. A strong community services program provides a range of supportive programs, including community outreach workers. Massachusetts PA/RN/NP license and Board certification required. Spanish language skills are highly valued. Applicants should have a strong commitment to community health and care of underserved populations.
