We are looking for someone who is passionate about good nutrition and enjoys sharing their knowledge through one-on-one counseling, public presentations and writing. Duties include conducting nutritional assessments and counseling from referrals via home visits, telemedicine and/or phone consultations. Provide nutrition education within the Berkshire community to consumers and staff through community venues; submit lesson plans, handouts, and evaluation tools as required. The chosen candidate will also be a contributor to the Berkshire Senior newspaper and with be the agency's go-to person for all matters surrounding nutrition. Duties include being an integral member of our menu design team by ensuring we meet our high standards for nutrition. Other responsibilities include: timely reporting; nutrient analysis; site inspections; and leading on-going trainings for staff and volunteers. Bachelor Degree - Registered Dietician with MA Licensure. Two or more years’ related experience preferred. ServSafe certification will be required. This position is Monday - Friday.
