For 50 years Clean Water Action has succeeded in winning some of the nation's most important environmental protections through grassroots organizing, expert policy research and political advocacy focused on holding elected officials accountable to the public. Candidates who possess a strong commitment to environmental, social, and political justice will be well suited for this role.

Our staff consists of committed, professional highly skilled activists. Interns receive extensive training and continuing support on issue knowledge and campaign skills. All interns receive regular updates given by political or environmental authorities or from within our organization. We have a strong and early focus on career development that involves travel and management training opportunities.
