Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Behavior Analyst in the Residential Support Services program at Behavioral Health Network! Behavior Analysts provide comprehensive Intake Evaluations with recommendations based on sound clinical principals and judgment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Documenting observations and conducting structured interviews with individuals, families, and other providers, they create written behavioral assessments with data they reviewed and collated for individuals each week. Additionally, Behavior Analysts develop Behavior Support Plans designed to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific behaviors using Positive Behavior Supports and ensure plans are implemented as developed, making changes as needed. They also develop Medication Treatment Plans in compliance with BHN and DDS expectations.
Behavior Analysts participate in Clinical Team Reviews by completing clinical assessments and assigned treatment recommendations. In all progress notes, behavioral assessments, and support plans, they complete their work in a timely and compliant manner, writing in a way that reflects progress towards treatment goals. Modeling and training staff of how to implement Behavioral Support and Medication Treatment Plans, Behavior Analysts act as a PBS and QBS trainer by completing courses required to gain and update their skills and to fulfill program expectations.
In the Residential Support Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential services, community day support, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual’s needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.
