Position: Day Activities Staff/Job Coach Full-Time
Location: Greenfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $13.50 per hour
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (typical schedule will be 9:00am-4:30pm)
Special notes about the position: The person holding this position will work at our Greenfield site in the Day Program and supervise a small work crew at a NH job site 3 days per week
Full-Time Day Activities Staff Summary: Assists individuals with developmental disabilities in becoming more independent and engaged in activities of the local community. Community day activities include recreational, socialization, volunteerism, employment, educational opportunities and wellness initiatives. The Day Activities Staff implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

|Full-Time Day Activities Staff Qualifications: High School/GED plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.|
Full-Time Day Activities Staff Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of a vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
