|The Consortium (www.wmtcinfo.org) has an exciting leadership opportunity at the RECOVER Project in Greenfield, MA, a well-established peer-to-peer recovery community organization with a strong community presence in Franklin County. The Program Director’s role is to lead/nurture a dynamic team and community in realizing a vision of a recovery-informed community, one which supports all paths to recovery for all.|
Primary responsibilities include creating conditions for meaningful community engagement through a peer-participatory process, program development, networking with local and state providers, coalition building, staff supervision and budget management.
|Qualifications include: lived experience with substance addiction and recovery, demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the principles of recovery, at least three years supervision experience and proven competency in working with persons from diverse backgrounds. Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be partially substituted for education requirement. Salaried position, some nights and weekend hours required. Valid driver’s license and some in-state travel required. www.recoverproject.org |
