Eppendorf is looking for an energetic, hands-on Product Life Cycle Manager in Enfield, CT!

What you could do for us in this role:
Define and prioritize all necessary market activities in cooperation with the respective marketing and sales functions according to strategic marketing plan
Analyze the global market with regard to the competition and the position of our own products
Analyze customer satisfaction metrics, and propose requirements, initiatives and enhancements to increase product suitability
Coordinate the global launch of new products and supporting the sales and marketing efforts on site as well as maintaining contact with users and opinion formers in relevant market segments
Prepare decisions on quality measures, suppliers/production, logistics and service policy during product marketing, including product modifications, variants or discontinuation of products on an economic basis
Manage the product discontinuation process and quality improvement measures in cooperation with Service and Competence Centers
Support Applications and Sales for all product-relevant questions and the development of product strategies
Business trips up to 20 % of the time (incl. international travel)
Requirements:
We are looking for the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in natural sciences, preferably biology/biochemistry/biotechnology
Professional experience in sales, marketing or a similar organizational unit in the area of life sciences
Practical laboratory experience is desirable
Basic knowledge in project management
