We are a Reggio-inspired preschool, working with children ages 2.9 to 5. Following the Reggio philosophy, our teachers serve as guides who partner with children to facilitate and scaffold learning and discovery. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in Reggio or whose personal teaching philosophy closely mirrors its principles. In addition to our spacious indoor classrooms, we also have a sprawling outdoor classroom, garden beds, and farm. As we continue to expand upon our outdoor/farm curriculum, we are looking for a teacher with a green thumb or related experience working with young children outside to introduce them to the natural world around them. Housed in the local synagogue, we follow the rhythms of the Jewish calendar, introducing the school community to holidays and other traditions.
