What you could do for us in this role: Work with the Head of North America Market Region to define the optimal strategy to best serve Eppendorf’s customers Telephone (outbound calling), and eBusiness (incl. both eShop and eProcurement). Translate the Market Region strategy into a strategy for the defined accounts with defined targets. Support the Area Heads of Sales by leveraging Inside Sales team to drive additional sales to existing customers. Develop sales strategies to ensure continued improvement in the volume of sales per customer levels, and work with team to implement. Work with the Global Commercial Units in the new matrix organization (i.e., Operational Marketing, GKAM, eBusiness, and Service) to drive cross-functional execution of goals. Manage the Inside Sales team, the eBusiness Sales reps, and eBusiness Technical team. Direct reporting from all employees within the assigned responsibility, and matrix reporting for eBusiness Technical team. Responsible for hiring appropriate staff as well as conducting performance reviews, training field visits We are looking for the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s (4 year) degree in Business Administration, Science or Technology discipline.
