We have a long-term temporary position open for a Web Production Specialist. Channing Bete Company’s e-promotion program reaches millions of people in multiple markets each week. We have a position available on our Web team for someone with excellent attention to detail who can help create high-quality promotional e-mails and electronic samples of our products. In this position, you’ll use established templates, style sheets, and standard operating procedures to develop attractive, easily understandable promotional e-mails. You’ll also use established templates to produce the electronic versions of our publications that our customers and prospects use to review content online. In the course of your daily work, you will create graphics, flow in copy from manuscripts, and find solutions to pesky production-stopping problems. We offer a professional and friendly work environment, competitive hourly wages, and a benefits package. This Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:30, on-site assignment is expected to last 6 months. Requirements: To qualify, you’ll need experience working with Macintosh computers and the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Three to five years of Web production experience are required. Exceptional attention to detail is a must in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
