Description:
Girls Inc. of Holyoke seeks a highly capable, motivated and organized individual to work closely with staff and volunteers to administer and manage Girls Inc.’s first multi-million dollar comprehensive campaign.

This position reports directly to the Girls Inc. Development Manager and the Campaign Director. Supports the Girls Inc. Executive Director, and works closely with the Data Coordinator.

Duties include:
Acts as the key support person for the campaign team. Maintains and updates campaign-related databases, manages a gift/pledge acknowledgement and billing system, assists with management of a large pool of major gift prospects and donors. Report generation, minute-taking, scheduling, and helping coordinate meetings and events.

The successful candidate will demonstrate superior skills in the ability to communicate clearly in writing and on the phone.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week, including some evening work), benefited position, with potential for growth. Girls Inc. of Holyoke offers excellent benefits including employer-paid medical insurance, and short/long-term disability/life insurance.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
-Strong communication and organizational skills;
-Excellent attention to detail;
-Knowledge of fund raising software, and excellent overall computer skills including solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel a necessity;
-Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of Girls Inc.;
-Two or more years of development experience a plus;
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
