Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Care Coordinator in the Westfield MIMI program at Behavioral Health Network! Clinical Care Coordinators provide the preliminary screenings, Comprehensive Assessments, and Individual Action Plans for the DMH referrals. They work closely with the program staff to establish and maintain an environment that supports recovery, skill building, and greater independence for the people served by this program. The Clinical Care Coordinator also provides individual and group treatment to the residents as well as support, consultation, and training to the program staff. They oversee some case management and receive regular clinical supervision. This position is best suited for a clinician who is versatile, enjoys utilizing diverse skills, and thrives within a team structure. The Westfield MIMI CBFS Program services adults with severe mental illness and concurrent substance abuse who are eligible for assistance by the Department of Mental Health. Using experience, time management, and organizational skills, we aim to implement treatment plans and support services that promote wellness and independence within the community.
