Salary Range: Location: Per Hour , Job Type: Category: Part Time Human Services Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required Preference: Nice to have Skills/Certifications/Licences: Class D License - Preference: Required Description: Position: Van Driver Part-Time Location: Holyoke, MA Rate of Pay: $14 per hour Hours: Up to 25 hours per week Schedule: Split Shift, 6:45am-8:45am & 2:45pm-4:45pm Part-Time Van Driver Summary: Provide van transportation to members with physical and mental disabilities to assist them in getting to work and community activities. Responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Must demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers. Part-Time Van Driver Qualifications: High School/GED required. Must be at least 25 years old with experience transporting passengers or delivery work preferred. Requirements: Part-Time Van Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
