As a high quality injection molder, we offer a wide range of skills and services, from custom color resins, complete mold repair facility on site, Ultra sonic assembly and inserting of products on site, final assembly, packaging and drop shipping of products, hot stamp press and pad printing. We offer all commodity resins, Engineered resins (PC, nylon, ABS, ultem, Udel, TPE) and glass reinforced materials.

Description:
The entry level machine operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Operate molding machines loading inserts as required, performing secondary operations, de-gating, trimming, performing visual and other inspection functions, packaging and labeling finished products.
o Package products by retrieving materials from stock area as required, set-up bench or machine package operation, label products as per instructions or print, delivery to stock to predetermined location.
o Ability to inspect and recognize defective product. Must be able to bulk pack, layer pack, and cell pack as required. Ability to use weight scales, computers, labelers, tape machines, hand lift trucks, inspection gauges, clippers and knives required.
o Participate as a member of a Project Team and/or Cross Functional Team as required.
o Perform other duties as required.
Our work schedule is 12 hour shifts 5am-5pm or 5p-5a. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. We have openings on both the day and evening shifts. Evening shifts receive $1 per hour shift differntial.
Requirements:
High School or its equivalent. 0 – 3 years’ experience in field or related area.
Ability to understand basic work directions/specifications verbally and in writing in English
Must be able to identify problems, and report problem to Shift Supervisor or quality inspector.
Must be able to work the established work schedule.
