First week the schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. The second week the schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. We have both day and night shift openings 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am. Set up and operation of L20 and L32 CNC Set up and operation of Star Ecas20 CNC Set up and operation of Eurotech Set up and operation of Iemca bar loader Load programs and prove out test pieces Set up and operation of HAAS ST20 Make program adjustments as necessary to obtain quality pieces Demonstrate knowledge of cutting feeds and speeds and the effect on parts, chips, etc. Understanding of emergency procedures including fire suppression systems Proper operation of wash tanks including cleaning Dimensional inspection of all tools, match tools to print and specs Demonstrate ability to use micrometer, dial calipers, Optical comparator, read and interpret prints Quality inspection of tools Movement of product to next operation, able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to complete all production paperwork Set up and operate Robot forging cells Set up and operate Auto Feed #11 Fenn forging cell Inspect forged tools and make setup adjustments Maintains clean work area Perform work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and use proper PPE Proper staging of material at all feeders for next shift Regular attendance according to established work schedule Requirements: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
