Are you committed to the empowerment, growth, and human rights of individuals in the local Western Massachusetts community? Advance your career in human services and direct care with BHN!

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Residential Supervisor I in the Residential program at Behavioral Health Network! Residential Supervisors assist and monitor the activities of daily living of the individuals we serve and work to maintain, enhance, and foster social support networks and relationships. They oversee all aspects of medication treatment and administration as well as provide at least 8 hours of direct support each week. They are responsible for providing regular and direct supervision, support, and guidance to their program staff. In addition, Residential Supervisors participate in the hiring and onboarding of new employees and create staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage to meet program needs.
Residential Supervisors also provide opportunities for community activities and ensure that an adequate supply of well-balanced and nutritious food and other supplies are on site. Serving as a member of the area on-call team and as a Human Rights Office, they provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed. Finally, the Residential Supervisor provides individuals with safe and timely transportation and recognizes and reports program-specific safety and maintenance concerns at their property.

In the Residential Support Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential services, community day support, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual’s needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care.
