Salary Range: Location: 25 Per Hour HOLYOKE MA Job Type: Category: Part Time Human Services Education Level: Work Experience: Associate Degree Preference: Required 5+ Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: R.N. license - Preference: Required Description: Position: Senior Outreach Nurse Part-Time Location: Holyoke, MA Rate of Pay: $28.50 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (schedule varies based on programmatic need) Part-Time Senior Outreach Nurse Summary: The Nurse Supervisor works to fulfill Viability’s mission to build a better world where individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages are able to realize their full potential. Working under limited supervision and using knowledge of standard clinical practices, responsible for overall management of the medical aspects of the programs the direct oversight and supervision of staff. Responsible for ensuring programmatic and contractual obligations are met and assists with, program organization, program expansion, preparation and training of staff who will be implementing same program in other areas. Fosters positive relationships with all stakeholders through information, education, and advocacy. Part-Time Senior Outreach Nurse Qualifications: Associate’s degree with R.N. license and seven years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with R.N. license and five years related experience. One year of supervisory or human service experience is desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations. Requirements: Part-Time Senior Outreach Nurse Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
