While our facilities are "low tech", they are extremely well suited to producing meals for 45 to 60 people three times a day. Experience with this style of cooking is helpful but not an absolute requirement for this job, as a determined cook can adapt to these methods without much difficulty. Campers take some responsibility and ownership of preparing their meals, working with the cooks to use produce from our gardens to create yummy meals for all dietary needs Requirements: Willingness to be a part of an off grid community that values simplicity while working with campers to provide delicious food.
