Valley Medical Group is seeking a detail oriented, patient focused, caring Phlebotomy Coordinator to join our growing team! Position: Phlebotomy Coordinator Location: Travels between our Greenfield, Northampton, Easthampton and Amherst Health Centers Responsibilities: The Phlebotomy Coordinator supervises the daily operations of the Valley Medical Group Drawing Stations, and acts as a liaison to the Laboratory Manager, Lead Technologist, and Nurse Team Leaders. The Phlebotomy Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining work schedules and ensuring the compliance of all policies and procedures of the lab. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good customer service skills, and be proficient in computers, data entry, and the operation of equipment. Must be able to handle and process specimens for transportation and/or analysis.
