The Inside Sales Rep will interface directly with customers with a particular focus generating sales leads with teams, non-profits, and schools.

Position Specification: Graphic Artist

Focused on the rapidly growing segments of the athletic market, VOmax merges the skills of its in-house graphics and product designers, with the latest fabric and printing technologies to deliver performance products to its customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Consults with sales and customers to plan and generate new design concepts by studying submitted art, suggestions, and reconciling that information with company garment patterns and production requirements.
-Maintains extensive knowledge of online resources’ to supplement submitted art and information.
-Utilizes company ERP system to coordinate information with sales and customer service.
-Maintains knowledge of company product line to produce output files for manufacturing and provide consultation to staff and customers.
-Obtains design approval by generating art approval forms and sending them out to customers with their fabric proof.
-Maintains knowledge of industry standards for color using Pantone matching systems and prepares fabric proofs using said system along with customer branding guidelines to ensure fidelity to the company or team colors that our customer requires.
-Maintains records and archives of all work digitally and physically.
-Prepares production output files of approved art with an eye for efficiency and accuracy both for printing and production stations downstream.
-May be required to operate and maintain color profiles for Mimaki large format printers.
-Create and/or alter customer supplied art optimal for printing.
-Create production art for off shore factories using patterns and art for full size run.
-Work with local production staff to share knowledge and solve production problems.
Requirements:
Qualifications
-Experience with Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe creative suite
-Proficient user of a Macintosh Computer
-Minimum 2 years experience as a graphic artist
-Creativity and out of the box thinking
-Possess professional phone and email skills
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Able to work independently with little to no supervision
