This individual will also carry out the following duties and responsibilities:        Troubleshoot and optimize Automation Equipment, Robots and Injection Molding Machines         Working with Robots, Motors, Drives, Sensors, Camera Systems, Electronics, Pneumatics, PLCs, etc. ·       Troubleshoot and optimize production processes to improve quality and productivity ·       Troubleshoot and perform repair work in a professional manner including documentation ·       Use continuous improvement principles, including the "do it right the first time" professional way of working. ·       Evening shift position, 7:00pm to 7:00am, 12-hour shift, rotating days. (Training will take place on the day shift between 3-6 months.)
