Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Housing Coordinator in the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network! The Housing Coordinator helps individuals who have a serious mental illness achieve stable housing according to their level of functioning and abilities. Overseeing all components and paperwork regarding the program’s housing needs, they work with local landlords and program staff to schedule and maintain repairs to the residences and subsidized apartments used in the program. The Housing Coordinator also acts as a housing consultant, in assisting staff and individuals served in locating affordable housing within the local program area. With their work in the ACCS program, they propel the program towards the goals of maintaining tenancy, supporting housing transitions, and preventing homelessness by facilitating movement into permanent independent housing through interventions to individuals.

Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Requirements:
Housing Coordinators at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent (required).
• Experience related to managing affordable housing and/or housing supports (preferred).
• Two years prior experience working directly with seriously mentally ill consumers (required).
• Reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and appropriate car insurance coverage (required).
