Reports to the Inspector of Buildings. Requirements: Position requires broad knowledge of building construction and from five (5) to seven (7) years experience and general knowledge of the accepted requirements of building construction, fire prevention, light, ventilation and safe egress. Applicant(s) must hold or be able to obtain an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License, and must hold or be able to obtain a certification as a “Local Inspector” within eighteen (18) months from appointment and a valid driver's license.
