Join BHN as we help children and youth gain life skills through our local community!

Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Therapeutic Mentor in the Therapeutic Mentoring program at Behavioral Health Network! Therapeutic Mentors provide structured, one-on-one strength-based support to youth in Western Massachusetts communities, addressing their daily living, social and communication needs. They provide these services in any setting where the youth lives and in other community settings, such as school, child care centers, respite and other settings appropriate for the youth’s needs, functioning and culture.

In the Therapeutic Mentoring program at BHN, caring mentors dedicate their time on-on-one with a child or youth to work on building a variety of life skills in the community. Therapeutic Mentoring is a time-limited and targeted service intended to support other services already in place for the children served.
