Works with the GCET team to provide excellent customer service for the residents of Greenfield, MA. It is important to be a team player and invested in the success of this network. Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in Utility and Fiber Network Construction. Minimum of a High School Diploma. Knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, pole transfers, vertical grounds, and building and repairing aerial telecommunication transmission lines. Ability to read and comprehend network diagrams, maps, and project scopes. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be able to use a PC and/or tablet. Must be available for 24/7 repair activities.
