We are looking for a rental operations coordinator with some experience in the rental industry or heavy duty truck/trailer industry. Responsibilities: Assist Rental team with all activities relating to rental operations and administration in the Springfield MA branch. Responsibilities Include: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers. Comply with the Company’s safety program. Quote prices on different rentals and process the reservations Inspecting incoming and outgoing rentals for potential damages Road call management- Coordinating customer and Vendor communications during the process of a road call Develop and maintain vendor relationships including negotiation Coordinate rental equipment deliveries/pickups and movement between branches Coordinate/communicate with the other departments and branches on a daily basis to ensure a smooth rental process for the customer Maintain inventory and insurance audits Strong communication with customers regarding unit damages and insurance issues. Requirements: Prefer a candidate with some background in the HD trailer/truck industry or a related field but will train the right candidate.
