works well with a team, has prior experience in a management position, enjoys working in a commercial kitchen, enjoys hands on work, enjoys continuously moving throughout the day, has a firm grasp on baking skills, keeps abreast of current food trends, is flexible in their schedule and who wishes to work closely with a team of experienced bakers as well as those new to the job. Overall responsibilities include customer service, cleaning, employee management, delegating duties, product preparations, product displays.

-Sales
-Production
-Assisting Bakery Manager with Product Development
-Assisting Bakery Manager with Employee Scheduling
-Assisting bakery manager with disciplinary action when necessary
-Upholding store policies and procedures as well as department policies and procedures -Assisting Bakery Manager with Product Development
-Product Preparation
-Product Displays
-Maintain regular and prompt attendance
-Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years related experience required.
Work Schedule: Flexible, will require weekends, days, evenings & holidays.
