Position requires skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, snow removal, grounds keeping, vacancy turnovers and general cleaning procedures. Ideal candidate must possess the ability to read blue prints, drawings and technical documents, manage time and prioritize workloads efficiently and effectively. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently. Subject to “after hours emergency on call” duty. Education must include a high school diploma AND training beyond high school. Must be able to work well with residents of all ages and backgrounds in a professional manner. Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in maintenance of buildings.
