Description:
The Northampton Center for Couples Therapy is currently accepting resumes and cover letters for a part-time, fee-for-service Intake Coordinator. A hybrid position with both an annual salary/ $11,000 a and hourly ($35 an hour) compensation this position also includes two weeks paid vacation your first year.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician who values flexible work hours the opportunity to work at home (from a confidential space) or an in a private office.

This is an excellent position if your looking to increase your income reliably without adding more therapy hours to your week, and provides flexibility in working from home or office.

The right person for this role will have strong clinical and organizational skills, the ability to form rapport quickly, be strong in assessment and want to work at a growing, vibrant, collegial practice. Opportunities for growth within NCCT are possible for the right fit.

About Us:
The Northampton Center For Couples Therapy is the only group practice in New England dedicated exclusively to couples therapy. Widely known for our high-quality work with couples, we specialize in the integration of the leading state-dependent models in the field including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. We offer a wide range of services including weekly 90 minute sessions, private intensive retreats, workshops, and classes.
Requirements:
Requirements include:
• Availability of at least four evenings a week (1-2 hrs on average) and 1.5 weekend hours to respond to voice messages and emails. Daytime availability as needed as well.
• Attendance at all biweekly NCCT team meetings (90 minutes).
• Completing Level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy training (provided by employer).
• Biweekly one-hour meeting with our Director or Director or Clinical Services.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High-level phone and email communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Related administrative tasks as needed and fluency in Excel and Word.

While the ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure exceptions will be made for the right fit. The position also requires a two-year commitment.
