The Program Director will be responsible for the overall operation and delivery of clinical, residential and medical services of the therapeutic group home. Duties include weekly supervision of the Residential Supervisors and facilitating staff meetings. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures. This position requires on-call coverage. Qualifications include the following: •Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline •Three years of experience as an administrator in a residential setting •Licensed, or license-eligible in the State of Massachusetts (preferred) This position includes a sign-on bonus for $3,000! – $1,500.00 paid on 1st paydate following hire date & $1,500.00 after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
