Description: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage the day to day running of the Service/Aftersales department
2) Liaising with customers and provide recommendations for spares and upgrades
3) Liaising with customers re maintenance contracts, breakdowns, any other requirements
4) Liaising with the UK office to ensure customer requirements are achieved, addressed and/or supported
5) Ensure customer enquiries are being dealt with and responded to in a timely manner
6) Assist with identifying spares for quotation purposes
7) Raising and sending quotations
8) Processing Purchase Orders and providing order progress updates to customers
9) Assist with packing goods for shipping
10) Coordinating works to, and with, Field Engineers
11) Maintain a high level of customer service
12) Managing Field Engineers travel and accommodation
13) Record keeping; customer files and equipment calibration records |
