Helps facilitates the day-to-day function of the department as it relates to Human Resources; including but not limited to recruitment efforts, benefits administration, employee policies and procedures and other assigned duties. |
Requirements: |
1. Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field or two years related experience and a
Associates Degree.
2. Strong knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations.
3. Ability to interview and recruit prospective employees
4. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
5. Consistency in meeting deadlines
6. Ability to work with a diverse group of people |
