Position: Mammography Technician / Radiology Technician II Location: Northampton and Easthampton, MA Responsibilities: The Mammography Tech operates Radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic X-rays, as directed by Physician orders and Radiologist protocols. The Technician manages Radiology orders, billing functions, EMR buckets and PACS. The Mammography Technologist will be required to help train new employees and perform additional duties such as Mammography Quality Control, Mammography tracking, outreach to patients and other duties as needed. Hologic DBT machine in Easthampton office. The Mammography Tech performs diagnostic procedures on patients to meet the established practice parameters and standards of care. Duties also include management of radiology orders, patient X-Ray request and updating billing information.
