We are a growing business founded in 2006 that recently moved into a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility custom-designed to our needs with new machinery, fully climate-controlled spaces and solar power. We are located in the village of Shelburne Falls in western Massachusetts 11 miles from Greenfield, Ma. Our current team includes the owner, a general manager, a production manager, six cabinet makers and a finisher. We primarily service the Boston area as well as the Cape and the Islands. The ideal person for this job would become a leader in production capable of handling the most challenging and complicated projects. Essentially, a go-to person for our production manager. Our work environment is relatively relaxed in fitting with the the hilltown country setting, but very professional, mature and team-based with an emphasis on communication, mutual respect and long-term relationships.
