Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Registered Nurse at in the One Care program at Behavioral Health Network! Our Registered Nurses are committed to the empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration of the individuals that we serve. As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct initial and follow-up comprehensive health assessments for BHN One care members in ways that reflect respect and dignity for the individual and their health needs and services. Registered Nurses work with individuals served to develop professional care plans that emphasize individual preference and lead to improved quality of life and provide assessments in home or community locations. Registered Nurses at BHN complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner, attend any in-services, meetings, and trainings as assigned or scheduled, keep mandatory trainings up to date, and provide transportation in their own vehicle in approved situations. Additionally, Registered Nurses attend weekly One Care team meetings and consult with BHN One Care team members on cases as needed regarding health and medical issues.

One Care holds each individual at the core of what it does. Through the coordination and integration of care, One Care assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. Requirements:
Registered Nurses at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Must be well organized with good interpersonal and verbal skills.
• Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
• Must have 2 years of experience in the human services field.
• Have and maintain current RN licensure and certifications (required).
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable car available for working hours (required).

Motor Vehicle Records: provides a report on an individual's driving history in the state requested.
This search will be run when driving is an essential requirement of the position.
Substance Abuse Testing: positions embedded with these specific healthcare organizations are subject to a pre-employment substance abuse test, which includes the testing for the consumption of THC (Marijuana)
