Off The Map provides world-class customer service to artists and clients from the consultation to scheduling, throughout the tattoo, and long after. Support Team members are integral to providing this exemplary service. The Support Team ensures that the Off The Map experience is consistently one of excellence, enlightenment, evolution, and endurance. The Support Team is responsible for greeting clients, answering telephones, replying to emails, scheduling appointments and consultations, accepting deposits, cashiering and banking, promoting artists online and in the real world, ensuring that client paperwork is complete and organized, cleaning, and monitoring and maintaining inventory. Must be an open-minded advocate for freedom and equality, customer service oriented, reliable, punctual, highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very busy environment.
