As a Shift Supervisor, you will be able to work as a team member to establish supportive relationships with youth ages 10-17, family members, and service providers. Requirements: Shift Supervisors at BHN have the following qualities: • Knowledge of youth with mental illness. • Knowledge of symptoms and behaviors of youth who have suffered from trauma. • Excellent observation and documentation skills. • Excellent triage skills related to the planning, organizing, and coordination of decision making for the shift. • Ability to remain calm and on point in stressful situations. • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 5 years experience in Human Services preferred. • Crisis or residential experience and experience working with adolescents preferred.
