Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading/modeling activities of daily living and supporting the treatment philosophy of the program. Experience working with at-risk youth preferred. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with approved driving record, CORI, and DCF background checks. Knowledge of trauma informed care helpful. The full-time Residential Counselor pay rate is $13.67.
